SCHOOL YEAR MEMBERSHIP:

The Clubs are opened on any day the Abilene and Wylie Independent School Districts are opened. Clubs are opened at 3 p.m. and close at 7 p.m. with the exception of our faith based sites that close at 6 p.m.

Our clubs are open to all young people between the ages of 6-18. Clubs are open daily during the schools year and membership entitles you to be involved in as many Club activities as you would like!

Club Membership Fees:

ALL members must RE-ENROLL for our after-school program each school year.
Acceptance is based on available space by transportation method and overall space at the club.
We require a $70 payment as a deposit for the months of August and September to secure your child’s spot.

Cost: Aug $20, Sept-May $50/mo. If you pay for the whole year upfront $420 (receive 1 month free).
But NO CHILD IS EVER TURNED AWAY for being unable to pay. Scholarships are available. Request an application link and submit it with the appropriate financial information to the office.

How to Join Boys & Girls Clubs of Abilene:

2. Determine the Club that serves your child’s school:
   Clyde: All Clyde ISD Schools
   Highland: Alcorta, Austin, Bowie, Thomas, Kenley, Madison MS, Cooper HS and McMurry Center for Innovation
   TJ Jones: Bassetti, Bonham, Dyess, Ortiz, Stafford, Clack MS, Mann MS
   Martinez: Martinez, Purcell, TLCA, Taylor, Craig MS, Abilene HS
   Wylie: Ward (AISD), and all Wylie ISD schools
3. Payment is NOT required when filling out an application. You will receive an email with further instructions and a payment link on or before the date mentioned in the application.

SUMMER PROGRAM MEMBERSHIP:

Our summer program is held at the Martinez Club.

Summer rates are $50 per week per child. Summer programming offers fun, safe activities for your children including computer, art, gym, and game room activities. Daily field trips are available for a minimal cost.

Summer sessions are Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Breakfast and Lunch and Afternoon Snack are provided.

TEEN NIGHT:

Teen Night is held at our TJ Jones Club every Tuesday and Thursday from 7PM – 9PM. Teen Night is FREE!
