Payment is NOT required when filling out an application. You will receive an email with further instructions and a payment link on or before the date mentioned in the application.
Our summer program is held at the Martinez Club.
Summer rates are $60 per week per child. Summer programming offers fun, safe activities for your children including computer, art, gym, and game room activities. Daily field trips are available for a minimal cost.
Summer sessions are Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Breakfast and Lunch and Afternoon Snack are provided.
The Boys & Girls Club of the Big Country operates after-school programs on all days that Abilene ISD, Wylie ISD, Clyde CISD, and Coleman ISD are in session.
Club hours are 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., with the exception of our faith-based sites, which operate from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Our Clubs serve youth ages 6 –18 (5 year old that are enrolled in Kindergarten are accepted on a trial bases), providing a safe, supportive environment where members can participate in a wide variety of educational, recreational, leadership, and enrichment activities throughout the school year. Membership allows youth to take part in as many Club programs and activities as they choose.
All members must re-enroll each school year to participate in the after-school program.
Enrollment is based on available capacity at each Club location and transportation availability. Space is limited and cannot be guaranteed.
Teen Night is held at our TJ Jones Club every Tuesday and Thursday from 7PM – 9PM. Teen Night is FREE!
Annual membership dues are $500 per child for the school year. To make enrollment more affordable, we offer the option to pay in 10 monthly installments of $50.
A valid credit or debit card is required to be kept on file for all accounts. Monthly dues will be automatically charged on the 1st of each month until the annual membership balance has been paid in full.
The Boys & Girls Club of the Big Country is committed to ensuring that every child has the opportunity to participate. No child is ever turned away because of a family’s inability to pay. Financial assistance is available for families who qualify.
